Brunch is the best way to end the week in style. And when there’s bottomless bubbles involved, a leisurely breakfast turns into a right ol’ knees up. We’ve discovered the best new bottomless brunch menus in the capital t0 help start your weekend with a tipsy bang. Bottoms up:

1. For an Italian Brunch: Cantina del Ponte 

What: Cantina del Ponte have added some much needed carb and booze loving to their weekend offering. Their new prosecco and pasta bottomless brunch is an Italian edit on a Sunday roast. The relaxed and informal menu features a selection of small starters and pasta dishes prepared at the restaurant’s front of house pasta counter.

Eat and Drink: Available every Sunday from 12pm-3pm, choose any three dishes for £15 or five for £25, from a selection of small plates and fresh pasta dishes. The small plates menu offers a variety of brunch dishes such as poached egg with spinach and Mornay sauce, as well as a selection of savoury options including smoked swordfish served with rocket, tomato and fennel. To add an element of theatre to the meal, you’ll also be able to watch Cantina’s chefs at work from behind the pasta station creating fresh dishes including ricotta and smoked burrata ravioli with tomato sauce, and braised beef ravioli butter and rosemary. Remember: bottomless Prosecco is available at £15 per person.

2. For a Meaty Brunch: Bar + Block 

What: There’s limited options when it comes to bottomless brunchin’ around King’s Cross. That has all changed thanks to the arrival of Bar + Block’s new bottomless brunch deal. For 90 minutes, sip on unlimited bubbles for an extra £15 per person.

Eat and Drink: Available from 10am-4pm every Saturday and Sunday, those in the know can enjoy endless glasses of prosecco for £15 when ordering any item from the menu. Say cheese for the camera as your server snaps your table to check you in for your bottomless booze on your very own Polaroid, and you’ve got a ticket to brunch. When you fancy a top up simply flash your polaroid to the waiter or waitress serving your table to access endless bubbles. Lighter dishes include avocado and eggs on toast; granola with fruit salad; and porridge with cherry compote. If you need something heartier, opt for the grilled steak with fried egg and breakfast potatoes, or The Bar + Block works – a meat-ganza of thick cut of double smoked bacon, sausage patty, beans, salt beef hash, flat mushroom and roasted tomato, topped with a fried egg and toast.

3. For a Classic Brunch: Galvin HOP 

What: In honour of one London’s favourite activity (that’s drinking), Galvin HOP has added a boozy element to their brunch. For an extra £10 per person, knock back free-flowing Bloody Marys, prosecco or fresh Pilsner Urquell at its pub deluxe in Spital Square.

 

Eat and Drink: The acclaimed culinary duo Chris and Jeff Galvin have designed an extensive menu to make your weekend a good’un. The weekend menu features a choice of brunch classics including Galvin cure smoked salmon and scrambled eggs; buttermilk pancakes topped with cream, berries and maple syrup; eggs Benedict; Galvin granola with yogurt and berries; and avocado on toast. Need something with a little umph? Order the acclaimed signature Galvin Deluxe burger served with melted cheese and deep fried pickle, and bask in all the meaty glory.

4. For a Two Course Brunch: The NINES 

What: The party doesn’t stop down at The NINES in Peckham. Grab your pals and head down to their new bottomless brunch running every Saturday and Sunday between 11am and 4pm. Perfect for celebrations, big groups or anyone who enjoys a drink or three.

Eat and Drink: The NINES don’t do anything by halves – along with two hours of bottomless booze, enjoy not one, but two courses. First round of eats include granola with yogurt and berries; coconut bread with yogurt and fruit; bacon bap; halloumi bap; or French toast with yogurt and fruit. Second course features burgers (both meat and veggie); scrambled eggs with salmon; fried eggs and avocado; and scrambled tofu. The bottomless brunch is £26 without booze and £33 with.

5. For a Monday Brunch: Shackfuyu 

What: Word on the street is that Shackfuyu’s new boozy Monday brunch is a London first. Taking place at their  famed Soho restaurant, the new bottomless brunch menu gives everyone the chance to kick start the working week in serious style and feast on a three-course Japanese-inspired feast, with free-flowing prosecco and pineapple sake, available from 12 noon right through to 10pm (last booking 8pm), every Monday.

Eat and Drink: Priced at £35 per person, choose two small dishes from a tasty selection including katsu sando Iberico pluma with homemade tonkatsu sauce, and chicken tsukune with ponzu and quail egg, as well as one large dish such as grilled salmon fillet with yuzu miso, or Iberico pork pluma with spring onion and black pepper miso. Along with all of the above, quaff back unlimited prosecco and pineapple sake, and to top it off – there’s Shackfuyu’s iconic Kinako French toast with soft serve matcha ice cream for dessert.
