Gimme More: The wine list showcases “wines of character”, paying homage to the produce of Italy and highlighting the distinctive differences between various regions – from Piedmont and the Nebbiolo grape, noble varieties of world famous Barbaresco and Barolo wines, alongside lesser known grapes grown in extremely limited quantities like Pelaverga.

Dishes include; Sai Oua – a serving of grilled pork sausages flavoured with lemongrass, turmeric, garlic, onion, kaffir lime leaves and northern spices; Nam Prik Ong – a chilli dip with minced pork served with cracklings or rice crackers and a popular dish amongst the locals in Northern Thailand; as well as Khao Soi – a common street food dish of egg noodles served in a creamy yellow curry sauce with chicken.
