As you settle into your seat at ESTIVA, overlooking the stunning Chelsea Harbour, the serene ambiance immediately transports you away from the hustle and bustle of London life. The restaurant’s tasteful Mediterranean-inspired decor adds to the allure, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience. Situated within the hotel premises, ESTIVA seamlessly blends warmth and sophistication, evident from the moment you step through the marble-floored hotel reception to reach the restaurant at the back.

Estiva: The Menu

ESTIVA’s Surf & Turf menu combines the best of both worlds – land and sea – offering a variety of flavours with tender meats and fresh seafood. Diners can choose between two options: the £50 Surf & Turf buffet, which includes a welcoming basket of bread, steamed mussels, and crudites, and the à la carte menu.

The buffet boasts a range of choices, including four salads and a surf section with prawns, mussels, salmon, and oysters. The highlight is the surf selection, featuring fresh fish on ice and unlimited plump, pink-hued prawns. The turf section offers seared beef with beansprouts, providing a contrast in flavours. While the cold beef may be slightly tough, its rich flavours make up for it. There’s also a selection of Italian cured meats and salami. For dessert, guests can enjoy baked cheesecake and lemon meringue pie.

If you prefer a more traditional dining experience, they also offer an à la carte menu. The starters includes many of the buffet options, with additional choices such as beef short ribs, croquettes, and head-on prawns. Standout main courses for meat lovers include the 900g tomahawk steak or the 400g dry-aged sirloin steak. Those who prefer seafood can choose from options like seabass or a whole lobster. All the desserts from the buffet are available to order from the à la carte menu.

Estiva boasts an extensive wine menu, featuring white wines from Napa Valley and Bourgogne, while red wine enthusiasts will also be spoilt with choices selections from Italy, France, and Spain, with the Haut Medoc from Bordeaux a standout.
