I suppose many live by the motto “if its not broken, don’t fix it.” But our diet is Broken. For example, making a simple change into our diet can make a massive difference how you live your life. Swapping a little sweet, which is full of sugar for a few frozen fruits on the go is the perfect example of stepping in the right direction. Snacking is something we all do. But we don’t have to snack on unhealthy processed foods. Change this and stick your favourite fruits in the freezer and take them on the go. Another change that you could very easily make, is replacing the much loved milk chocolate, to dark chocolate. It’s a lot better for you, for example it has soluble fibre and is packed with minerals.
