1. For Meat-Free Mince: Indian Accent

The Dish: Soy Keema with quail egg and lime leaf butter pao

The Lowdown: This signature Indian Accent dish is a real crowd pleaser. Made using soy mince, and served with a delicate butter pao that is perfect for dipping, it’s a hearty vegetarian dish that packs a lot of flavour. One of our top things to eat at Taste of London this year.

2. For a Uni-Cone: Jude’s

What: Blue Vanilla Uni-Cone ice cream

The Lowdown: Jude’s Blue Vanilla ice cream will be available to enjoy as a Uni-Cone serve, featuring a scoop of Jude’s Blue Vanilla ice cream, topped with unicorn sprinkles, a swirl of candy floss and a wafer cone, sat atop a charcoal ice cream cone. A scoop of Jude’s Blue Vanilla ice cream without the Uni-Cone serve will be available for purchase also.

3. For a Suckling Pig Sandwich: Bar Douro

What: Bar Douro’s Sandes de Leitao (suckling pig sandwich)

The Lowdown: Bar Douro is serving up their take on Porto’s famous Sandes de Leitao. A traditional suckling pig sandwich, topped with crispy skin, roast garlic butter, all packed between a Bolo do caco bun, it’s one of the best things to eat at Taste of London for sure. Other highlights will include Bar Douro’s popular Croquetes de alheira (smoked sausage croquettes), Crab rissole and a classic Pastel de nata served with a scoop of cinnamon ice cream.

4. For Creative Italian Delights: Enoteca Rabezzana

What: Tonnarelli Lime Butter from Enoteca Rabezzana

The Lowdown:  Enoteca Rabezzana, located in the buzzing area of Smithfield Market, brings to London more than 100 years of Italian wine history from the Piedmont region. Their food menu is the special creation of their young Head Chef Federico Castelli and at Taste, he’ll be serving up the following signature dishes: Scallop, Celeriac, Mushroom Powder and Black Truffle; Tonnarelli Lime Butter, Pistachio Pesto, Red Mullet; Grappa and Blueberries Sorbet, Green Apple and Celery. There’s also a Taste exclusive: Braised Iberico Pork Cheek and Roasted Cardoncelli Mushrooms & a 50ml Glass of Barolo Sordo.

5. For an Ice-Cream Tent: Halo Top

What: Halo Top ice cream and Halo Top sticks

The Lowdown: Halo Top sticks have recently hit the shelves in four delicious flavours; Strawberry Cheesecake, Peanut Butter Swirl, Birthday Cake, and Sea Salt Caramel. It is the same feel good Halo Top ice cream that everyone knows and loves, just on a stick. Each one is 100 calories or less and a good source of protein. If you love the classic, Halo Top tubs (including dairy-free flavours) are also available – come along to the special Halo Top tent at Taste of London!

6. For an Ice-Cold Beverage: Chang Beer

What: Thai brewer Chang Beer, has announced it will be Taste of London’s official beer sponsor for both its summer and winter events.

The Lowdown: Chang prides itself on using only high-quality ingredients in a carefully supervised brewing process to produce an award-winning beer. At Taste of London 2019, Chang Beer will be available for sale across all bars including the Diners Club VIP Lounge and at its own activation space.
