You know what you getting at Be at One: a good solid cocktail menu, drinks that don’t taste like a bag of sugar, and a playlist of party bangers. The Soho branch on Greek Street is our favourite, and serves up one of London’s best Singapore Slings if you like things done quickly. The subterranean bar is low lit and has ample of seating space, and a dance floor to a bust a couple of questionable moves. Their Singapore Sling is based on the Raffles Hotel recipe, and is long and fruity with a herbal kick.
