Expect delights such as burratta papdi chaat with tamatar chutney, a beautiful black dairy dal and, for veggies, masala wild mushrooms with water chestnut and paper roast dosai. For dessert, there’s a lovely haji ali inspired custard apple cream. Glorious.

Eat: The food at Bukhara is cooked in clay ovens in the traditional style of the Indian North-West Frontier region. The world renowned Dal Bukhara, a combination of whole black lentils, tomato, ginger and garlic, is cooked and simmered over slow coal fires of the tandoor overnight for 18 hours! You must also try their Murgh Malai Kebabs – they’re a real highlight here.
