The Lowdown: Handmade in their London kitchen by Joseph and his team of pastry chefs, the latest addition to their growing caramel sauce range is infused with a fragrant Prosecco made from Italian Glera grapes, to create a rich, intense flavour with hints of apple and white blossom.
