There’s been a lot going on in the supermarket aisles this week. We’re talking about new dairy-free milks, PIMM’s ice pops and pink gin. Here’s what you should be adding onto your shopping list this week:

Tasty Tuesdays: Drink

1. For a New Product: Gordon’s Pink Gin

What: Calling all gin lovers and those that appreciate a well-made G&T; Gordon’s has just launched a new Premium Pink Distilled Gin. The new gin boasts delicate fruity notes, irresistible smell and a subtle touch of junipers.

The Lowdown: Inspired by an original Gordon’s recipe from the 1880s, the pink gin is perfectly crafted to balance the refreshing taste of Gordon’s with the natural sweetness of raspberries and strawberries, with the tang of redcurrant served up in a unique blushing tone. Best served in a large wine glass with ice, tonic water and a fresh strawberry cut into wedges.

2. For an Italian Liqueur: Pizza Pilgrims

What: Banish all your pre-judged notions of Limoncello being a tourist drink – Pizza Pilgrims have developed their very own bright and zingy limoncello, Pococello, in collaboration with Chase Distillery.

The Lowdown: The boozy Italian liqueur uses the finest, most fragrant Amalfi lemons which they use in their signature drink, Poco Tonic. Poco tonics can be enjoyed at all the Pizza Pilgrims locations, and for the first time ever, you can also make your very own at home.

3. For a Healthier Soft Drink: Dalston Cola

What: Dalston’s is the London craft soda brand you need to know about. The soft drink gang have  launched a new range of natural canned drinks which offer a healthier soft drink alternative made with real ingredients, for a quality taste.

The Lowdown: The new range is made in the UK with carefully sourced and less processed ingredients, blended with British spring water and beet sugar. The range consists of three flavours; Orangeade, Lemonade and Classic Dalston Cola. 4. For Low Sugar Ketchups: Dr Will’s

What: Bringing a healthy dose of flavour to our favourite sauces, Dr Will’s is a new condiment brand set up by a young doctor and chef. Made using natural, quality ingredients with absolutely no preservatives, the flavoursome trio of sauces were developed by friends Dr. Will Breakey and restaurateur Josh Rose, who spent a year testing recipes in an effort to satisfy their own condiment cravings.

5. For a Naturally Sweetened Ketchup: Hellmann’s 

What: Hellmann’s have added two new tomato ketchups to their condiment range: Hellmann’s Tomato Ketchup Sweetened with Honey, and Hellmann’s Tomato Ketchup made with Red and Green Tomatoes.

The Lowdown: Hellmann’s Tomato Ketchup Sweetened with Honey is the first ketchup on the shelves to be naturally sweetened by honey. 6. For a Dinner Timesaver: Clearspring

7. For Dairy-Free Milks: Pip & Nut 

What: Well what have we here? It’s only Pip & Nut’s brand spanking new dairy-free milks. The squirrels have been busy over the summer creating three new almond milks; Almond Drink with Honey and Vanilla, Almond Drink with Coconut, and an Unsweetened Almond Drink.

The Lowdown: These new milks are 100% natural and feature only the highest quality ingredients such as blossom honey and gently roasted Californian almonds, which give the milks a golden colour.  They are naturally sweetened, have absolutely no refined sugars, stabilisers or other nasties and have double the almond content of other products available. 8. For Latin American Flavours: Santa Maria
