Pioneered by super foodies and chefs alike, coconut is full of ‘good fats’ which help you have healthy, glowing skin and give you digestive system a boost. That’s a good job, because I would eat it anyway because it’s damn tasty. We think this year is going to be the year of the ‘alternative’ coconut products – move aside Tesco’s coconut chunks, there’s some new kids in town. Here’s how to eat ALL the coconuts:

What: Lovely, luscious yoghurt made from the milk of the coconut. Free from dairy, soya, and gluten, but not temptation. Bursting with life-giving nutrients and glorious flavours, it’ll be love at first spoonful. We love the one with juicy alphonso mango and passion fruit compote, plus coconut yoghurt – its a fantastic combination.

The Idea: Grab one at 3pm before reaching for that naughty biscuit tin – the mango layer on the bottom of the natural yogurt is sweet enough to give you the fix you need, without all the added nasties.

3. In a Glass: Rude Health Coconut Drink

What: Move aside over-sweet nut milks, this is totally amazing. A fantastic-tasting, refreshing alternative to milk, they take all the lovely white stuff from coconuts and whip it up until it’s smooth. They then blend it with rice (for sweetness), pure mountain spring water and a pinch of sea salt to bring out the flavours. Add this into your breakfast routine and you’ll be positively glowing – all the coconut oils make it creamy and smooth, while giving you all kinds of nutrient goodies

4. In a Cake: Coconom Sugar
