What: Opening on Wednesday (20th September), Olle is a new Korean restaurant bringing interactive BBQ dining to Chinatown London. Why: Olle will boast top quality Japanese and American wagyu beef, Iberico pork and other globally sourced meat and seafood. The fine cuts come as they are or marinated in traditional Korean sauces, before being sizzled to perfection by diners at their table-top BBQ grills. Alongside premium meats and seafood, the menu offers traditional dishes such as Korean Jjigae (stew), cooked in a stone pot. Highlights from the menu include Korean fried chicken with spicy sauce, Wagyu ribeye, and a Korean pancake with kimchi.
