Tasty Tuesdays: Drink

1. For Whisky: Bruichladdich

What: We’re no whisky connoisseurs, but we can appreciate a good whiskey when we drink one. If you need to add to your whiskey collection, try Bruichladdich – think unpeated, floral and complex notes.  Distilled from 100% scottish barley using much of the original victorian machinery, the methods employed by the craftsmen to coax the spirit into being, continue unchanged.

The Lowdown: The spirit matures for all its life in their warehouses on the shores of Loch Indaal and is bottled at the distillery using Islay spring water. This is natural whisky, non-chill filtered and colouring-free, just the way is should be.
