The weekend is upon us! Here’s 5 things you need to eat this month. Get stuck in, London:

1. Dinner at New Dishoom

What: Dishoom has opened in Kings Cross. The new site will be located in Granary Square, in a resorted Victorian warehouse (the ‘Godown’)… Keep calm and eat lentil dahl.

Why: Their Indian food is some of the yummiest in London – try the incredible vegetable curries, fresh naan and quirky spiced cocktails. We’re sure it’s going to be a massive hit.

2. Hache Burgers

What: To mark the company’s tenth anniversary, there’s a special month of celebrations – customers at Haché will be able to win free food and drink, and and one lucky couple will get whisked away on a fabulous trip to New York City with 2 return flights from London, a stay in a luxury hotel and a meal at one of New York’s best burger restaurants.

Where: Camden, Chelsea, Clapham and Shoreditch

Why: Soon to open its fifth site in Balham, Haché has also cooked up another surprise for its birthday celebrations – the creation of ‘The Haché Burger’, a 6oz beef burger infused with rosemary thyme and garlic salt, topped with caramelized onions, sweet cure bacon and Guinness© Cheddar cheese served on a smokey coleslaw in a brioche bun.

3. Lebanese Food in Soho

What: London’s newest Lebanese restaurant ‘Lazeez’ is a quirky al fresco escape, full of stylish character and heart-warming services. Deriving from the Arabic language, Lazeez basically means tasty, whilst Tapas refers to Spanish tradition of sharing small wholesome dishes. Simply put ‘tatsy sharing dishes’.

Why: It’s got a nice vibe. Lazeez is set over two floors and offers a modern stylish interior with warmly coloured walls, an open plan kitchen and wide floor to ceiling windows, that open up and overlook the terrace giving you an al fresco dining experience. Catering for the avid healthy eater the food menu offers a selection of meat, fish, vegetarian and vegan dishes. Guests can also sample an array of fresh brewed teas and coffees, organic juices, cocktails and Lebanese wines.

4. Mad Hatter Brunch at Christabels

What: Go to Notting Hill Gate, and you will discover a bright yellow door… Knock on The Little Yellow Door and you will be welcomed to an eclectic new pop-up bar based on a fictional flat share between friends from all walks of life. Expect a hearty brunch, film projections, bespoke cocktails and chatter!

Why: On Saturday 29th November, 1pm-6pm, Christabel welcomes you to dive into her wonderland feast of naughty treats, Cocktails by The Little Yellow Door, film screenings and vintage-disco music from DJ Nicola Marian Robinson (IT’S RUDE TO STARE).

5. Dinner at Ramusake

What: Scott Hallsworth, the ex-head chef of Nobu and chef-owner of Kurobuta is venturing into the world of late-night venues. Partnering up with nightclub supremo Piers Adam and David Phelps of Royal’s favourite Mahiki Mayfair and Bodo’s Schloss. Ramusake has landed on the Old Brompton Road and is set to take the South Ken dining scene by storm.

Why: Scott’s menu at Ramusake is a celebration of his vast experience in Japanese cuisine and testament to the runaway success of Kurobuta.  Look out for favourites like Tuna Sashimi Pizza with Wasabi Tobiko and Truffle Ponzu – a signature dish of Scott’s – and Fried Chicken Kara-Age Sliders with Kimchee Mayo, Pickles and Iceberg for two Western takes on classic Japanese food. Nice one.
